About this Visa
The Golden Visa is a long-term residency permit for people who invest in UAE property, start businesses, or have special skills like doctors and scientists. You get to live in the UAE for 5-10 years, then renew it as many times as you want. Unlike regular work visas, you don't need a UAE company to sponsor you—you're completely independent. You can work for anyone, switch jobs, start your own business, bring your whole family, and travel freely without losing your visa. You also don't pay income tax in the UAE.
