- Professional athlete with recognized achievements
- Creative professional approved by UAE culture ministry
- Humanitarian worker with 5+ years experience or AED 2M+ donation
- Clean criminal record with no unpaid fines
- No age limit
- Arabic language not required
Financial Requirement
One of: AED 2 million ($546,000) invested in property or business; AED 500,000 ($136,000) to start your own business; AED 30,000 ($8,170) monthly salary from UAE job; AED 250,000 ($68,000) paid in taxes annually. Money must be yours (not borrowed), except UAE bank mortgages with 20% down payment.
