This visa is for employees moving to Argentina to work for their current company. It lets you transfer from a foreign branch to an Argentine office legally. Your employer must have a registered company in Argentina to sponsor you. This path is strictly for current employees, not new hires. You keep your job with the foreign company but work at the Argentine location. It requires approval from both immigration authorities in Argentina and the consulate in your country.
