About this Visa
The EU Blue Card is a work visa for skilled workers from outside Europe. It lets you live and work in Austria if you have a good job offer and a university degree. This visa is for university graduates and IT professionals with a job in Austria paying at least €51,500 per year. You get full work rights and can bring your family. What makes it special: After 18 months, you can work in any EU country. After 5 years, you can stay permanently. Eventually, you can become an Austrian citizen.
