About this Visa
This is a student visa for people from outside the EU who want to study at Austrian universities or colleges. You can stay in Austria for longer than 6 months while you study. You must be accepted to a school first, and you need to show you have enough money to live there. This visa lets you work part-time while you study. You can also travel around Europe freely. You can renew it each year as long as you keep making progress in your studies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 or older
- Accepted to Austrian university, college, or accredited school
- Health insurance covering Austria required
- No serious criminal record
- Sufficient funds to support yourself
- Citizen of country outside EU

EUR 704 per month if under 24, or EUR 1,274 per month if 24 or older
