About this Visa
This visa lets your family join you in Belgium if you already live there legally. Your spouse, children under 18, or disabled adult children can move to live with you. Important: You CANNOT bring parents or grandparents, even if they depend on you financially. Only EU citizens or Belgian citizens can sponsor parents. You get a residence card that lets your family stay and work in Belgium.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must live legally in Belgium
- Earn at least $2,500/month
- Have housing for family member
- Have health insurance
- Cannot sponsor parents, grandparents, or other relatives
- Family member must have valid passport
- Family member cannot have criminal record
- Family member must be in good health
Financial Requirement
Earn at least $2,500 USD per month (€2,323 net). Add 10% more for each family member.
