About this Visa
This visa lets you live with your spouse in Belgium if they're a Belgian citizen or already living there legally. You must be legally married. Once you arrive, you can work and access healthcare. This visa is only for family reunion, not for work or studies. You need enough monthly income so you won't need government help.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 21 or older (18 if already married before arriving)
- Legally married or registered partner
- Clean criminal record for serious crimes
- No dangerous diseases
- Monthly income of at least $2,722
- Real housing in Belgium
- Health insurance arranged
- All documents must be official with stamps and translated
