About this Visa

This visa lets companies move employees from outside Europe to Belgium temporarily. It's for managers, specialists, and trainees working for multinational companies. You get a work permit and residence card combined in one. This visa is special because you don't need a job interview or labor test. Your company sponsors you. You can bring your family and they can work too.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must have worked for your company 3-6 months before transfer (depending on region)
  • Need a bachelor's degree for manager/specialist jobs (some IT exceptions in certain regions)
  • Must earn the minimum salary for your position
  • Cannot have a serious criminal record
  • Must have a job offer from a Belgian company in the same corporate group
  • Must have worked the same position or higher in your home country

Financial Requirement

You must earn a minimum salary depending on your job: Manager €5,460/month, Specialist €4,511/month, Trainee €2,611/month. These amounts are for Brussels and change yearly. Other regions have different amounts.
