- No criminal record (any conviction = likely rejection)
- Must have €1,314+ per month in guaranteed income
- Cannot work for money
- Must have health insurance

Financial Requirement
You need at least €1,314 per month ($1,540 USD). The money must come from passive income like pensions, rental income, or investment earnings — not from a job. You must have a Belgian bank account and transfer this money to Belgium regularly.
