About this Visa
This is Belgium's long-stay student visa for international students studying longer than 90 days. It works for all degree programs: bachelor's, master's, and PhD. You can study full-time, work part-time, and live in Belgium. You can also travel freely around Europe. This visa is NOT special for PhDs—it's the regular student visa that covers all study levels, including doctorates.

- Completed high school
- PhD program admission from Belgian university
- €803/month to live on
- No serious criminal record

Financial Requirement
You must have €803/month ($875 USD) for living costs. Prove it with bank statements, scholarship letter, sponsor form (they need €2,134/month net income + €803 for you), or blocked university bank account.
