About this Visa

This visa lets your spouse move to Switzerland to live with you if you're married or in a registered partnership. Your spouse can work immediately and bring children. After 5 years, they get permanent residency. This is a family visa, not a work visa. But your spouse can work immediately after arriving. The visa is designed for families who want to stay together.
