About this Visa

This visa is for people who have regular passive income and want to live in Chile. Passive income means money from pensions, rental properties, or investment earnings—not from working a job. You don't need employment to get this visa. You just prove you receive consistent monthly income. The government checks that your income is real and keeps coming every month. This visa lets you live in Chile long-term, access healthcare, bring your family, and build a path to permanent residency and citizenship. Important: You cannot work while on this visa. It is only for passive income sources.
