About this Visa
This visa lets you move to Chile to work for a Chilean company. Your employer must hire you first and sponsor your application. You can legally work while employed and bring your family. The visa replaced an old program in 2021. It is still available now. You must apply before traveling—you cannot come as a tourist and change your status later. This visa is for people with real job offers. Your visa ends if your job ends. However, you can change jobs if you get a new employment contract.
