About this Visa
This visa lets you move to Colombia as a business owner or partner in a Colombian company. You get to live there and run your business full-time. What you can do: Work in your own company, live long-term in Colombia, bring your family, and eventually become a permanent resident. This is for people starting real businesses—not tourists. What makes it special: After 5 years you can become a permanent resident. After 10 years you can get Colombian citizenship (and keep your original passport too). You actually own and build a business here.
