- Have clean criminal record (no serious convictions)
- Have valid health insurance covering Croatia

Financial Requirement
Must earn at least €3,295 per month ($3,860 USD) from foreign sources. Prove with bank statements showing €3,295+ monthly for 6 months, recent paychecks, or lump sum of €39,540 for 18 months. Add 10% of required income per family member.
