Cyprus Category F is a permanent residence permit for non-EU foreigners with money from abroad. You get it if you don't work in Cyprus and have steady foreign income. It's for retirees and financially independent people. You can live in Cyprus indefinitely. You keep your own nationality. You cannot work or run a business in Cyprus. This visa is cheaper than other Cyprus options but much slower. Applications currently wait 5+ years for approval.
