About this Visa
Cyprus offers permanent residence to people who invest in property. You buy a new residential property for at least €300,000, and the government gives you permanent residence status. This is not citizenship, but it lets you live in Cyprus permanently without renewing your visa. This program is for non-European investors who want a home base in an EU country. You can bring your spouse and children. The main advantage is immediate permanent residence without waiting years like other programs. The program is currently active and accepting applications.
