- Your family member lives in Czech Republic legally (has a residence permit)
- You are married or in a registered partnership
- You are a parent or child of the person in Czech Republic

Financial Requirement
Your family member in Czech Republic must show they earn enough money to support you. Minimum amounts per month: One person $540-600, Couple $895-950, Family of 3 (couple + child) $1,150-1,200. These amounts go higher if you have a child or live in Prague (housing is more expensive). How to prove it: Show your last 6 months of pay stubs, a letter from your boss, or bank statements showing regular money coming in.
