About this Visa
This residence permit allows you to live in Denmark with your spouse or partner. It is designed for couples where one person is already a Danish citizen, permanent resident, or refugee. You must be married or have lived together for at least 18 months to apply. Once approved, you have the same rights to work and see a doctor as a Danish citizen. However, getting this permit is difficult because Denmark has very strict rules about your age, housing, and money. You must meet every single requirement to be approved.
