Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have concrete job offer from certified Danish company
- Job must be full-time (37-40 hours per week)
- Salary must meet minimum threshold
- Salary must match Danish worker earnings for same job
- No serious criminal convictions or fines
- Employment terms must follow Danish standards
- Not a doctor or nurse seeking Danish authorization (freeze until Dec 31, 2026)
Financial Requirement
Salary minimum: 514,000 DKK/year (2025) or 552,000 DKK/year (2026) for standard track; 415,000 DKK/year (2025) or 446,000 DKK/year (2026) for lower-salary track.
