- Minimum age 18 years
- Valid passport required
- Non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizen
- Demonstrate relevant qualifications or work experience
- Show financial self-sufficiency
- Clean criminal record
- No overdue public debt
- No public financial assistance in prior 4 years
- Must actively operate business (not passive investor)
- Business must be viable and genuine
Financial Requirement
Must demonstrate sufficient personal capital to support business; Start-up Denmark requires DKK 153,240-DKK 356,904 ($22,500-$52,500)
