About this Visa
This visa lets you start and run a business in Estonia if you're not from the EU. You get the right to live there, work for yourself or others, and bring your family. It's one of Europe's fastest business visas—you get approved in 2 months. Once approved, you can stay 5 years and renew for up to 10 years more. The visa gives you full work rights and lets you travel anywhere in Europe's Schengen area without a visa. After 5 years, you can get permanent residency. After 10 years total, you can become an Estonian citizen.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 or older
- No criminal record
- Must have health insurance
- Must have required financial amount
- Must show business is real or will be real
- Valid passport required
- For permanent residency: Estonian language A2 level
- For citizenship: Estonian language B1 level and constitutional exam
Financial Requirement
Self-employed: €16,000 investment + €1,200/month income. Company shareholder: €65,000 investment + €1,200/month income. Tech startup: €0 investment + €800/month income (needs approval). Company manager: No investment (company must exist 5+ months, market salary required). Major investor: €1,000,000 investment.
