About this Visa
This visa lets non-EU residents of Spain bring their parents to live with them. Your parents must be older and depend on you for money. If you live in Spain legally for 5+ years and earn enough money, you can bring your parents. Only non-EU citizens use this visa (EU citizens have easier rules). They can live in Spain, work, use the healthcare system, and stay with you. They can renew their stay up to 5 years total.

Eligibility Criteria
- Legally reside in Spain with valid residence permit
- Have lived in Spain for minimum 5 years
- Earn €14,400+/year for one parent or €18,000+/year for two parents
- Parent must be 65+ years old OR have disability/dependency
- Parent must be financially dependent on sponsor
- Have adequate housing for parent
- No serious criminal record in past 5 years
- Parent has no contagious diseases posing public health risk
Financial Requirement
Must earn at least €14,400/year for one parent or €18,000/year for two parents. This income is exclusively for parental support, excluding sponsor's own living costs. Must provide 12 months of pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.
