About this Visa
This visa lets employees from outside the EU work in Spain when their company transfers them to an office there. Your company must have operations in both your home country and Spain, and the transfer must be for a real business reason. You can only use this visa if you're transferring within the same company group. It's for managers, specialists with rare skills, or employees in training programs. This visa is faster than regular work visas. You get an answer in about 3-4 weeks, not months. Most applications are approved (9 out of 10 succeed).

Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 or older
- Must NOT be from EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland
- No criminal convictions in past 5 years
- Worked for company for at least 3 months
- University degree OR 3+ years professional experience
- Must be manager, specialist, or trainee (not regular employee)
Financial Requirement
Monthly salary minimum: €5,460 for managers, €4,510 for specialists, €2,611 for trainees.
