About this Visa

Spain's Non-Lucrative Visa lets you live in Spain permanently if you have enough money to support yourself. You don't need a job. This visa is for retirees, people with savings, and anyone with steady income that isn't from working in Spain. The visa gives you legal residency, a residence card, and the right to live in Spain year after year. You can also travel freely to other European countries. This is different from work visas. You cannot work in Spain or run a business here. But you can manage money, own property, and collect income from overseas investments or pensions.

Key Benefits

  • Travel freely throughout Europe without border checks (Schengen countries)
