About this Visa
This visa allows a non-EU citizen living in France to bring their family to live with them. It is strictly for spouses and children under 18 years old. The person already in France is called the 'sponsor'. You can use this visa to reunite your family if you plan to stay in France long-term. Once approved, your family gets the same rights to live, work, and study in France as you do. This process is different from the 'Talent Passport' family visa. It is much slower and has stricter rules about money and housing size.
