About this Visa
This visa lets you do an internship or professional training in France. You get to work, live in France, and travel around Europe. You must return home when your internship ends—this is not a path to staying permanently in France. Canada is special: Canadians don't need a visa for internships under 3 months, and their approval process is faster. This is a temporary internship visa. It's for learning and gaining experience. When it ends, you go home. You cannot bring your family. You cannot become a permanent resident or French citizen through this visa.
