About this Visa
This visa lets you move to France if you have an innovative business idea. You need a college degree (or 5+ years of work experience) and a project that French authorities officially approve as innovative. If approved, you get a 4-year visa to live and work in France with your family. You can start and run your own business without a job offer. Your spouse and children can come with you and work too. This is for entrepreneurs with real innovative ideas—not regular business owners.

Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 or older
- Have a college degree OR 5+ years of work experience
- Have clean criminal record (no convictions)
- Have an innovative project with official French approval
- Have at least $25,500/year in your own money
- Have health insurance
Financial Requirement
Minimum $25,500/year in your own savings or income. Must show 6 months of bank statements. Cannot use loans—must be your own money.
