About this Visa
The Global Talent Visa lets exceptional people work in the UK without needing an employer or a job offer. You need to be recognized as a leader or rising star in your field—science, technology, arts, or research. This visa is special because you get freedom. You can work for anyone, start your own business, or freelance. You don't need a specific job lined up. You can bring your spouse and kids with you. The catch? Getting approved is competitive. You need strong evidence that you're exceptional in your field.
