About this Visa
The UK Temporary Worker Visa lets you work in the UK for 6 months to 2 years. Your UK employer sponsors you. This is short-term work, not permanent residency. You can work in farming, creative jobs (film, music, theater), charities, religious organizations, or government training programs. Different types have different time limits and rules. This visa does NOT lead to permanent residency. Time on this visa doesn't count toward staying forever. You must leave when it expires unless you get a different visa.

- No serious criminal record
- Good character (no lying on forms, no visa violations)
- Have £1,270 in savings
- Pass TB test if required for your country
- No English language test required
- No specific education requirement
- No work experience requirement
Financial Requirement
You must have $1,607 in your bank account for 28 straight days. This shows you can support yourself. Youth Mobility Scheme needs $3,214 instead.
