The D5 visa lets you get a residence permit in Georgia by buying property. You buy a home or building, and you get permission to live in Georgia for as long as you own it. This visa is for anyone from any country who wants to own property and legally live in Georgia. You don't need a job or special skills. Once you get this visa, you can work, start a business, and bring your spouse and minor children with you. You also get a path to stay permanently after 10 years, and eventually become a Georgian citizen.
