About this Visa

This visa lets you start and run your own business in Croatia. You own the company, make decisions, and hire workers. It's for people from outside the EU who want to build a business here. You get a residence permit showing you can legally live and work while running your business. The main difference from regular job visas: you're your own boss, not an employee. You must prove you have enough money and a real business plan.

Earn 1.5× average Croatian salary
Employ 3 full-time Croatian workers
Have enough money for business
No criminal record
Valid health insurance
Never been banned from Croatia

Financial Requirement

Earn at least 1.5× Croatia's average salary (currently €1,964/month). If starting a company, invest at least €26,545. Must hire 3 full-time Croatian workers at average salary or higher.
