About this Visa
This visa lets you work for yourself in Hungary. You can be a freelancer, consultant, or business owner. You get a residence permit card that proves you legally live in Hungary. This visa is for people from outside the EU/EEA who want to start their own business or work independently. You need to show you have a real business and enough money to support yourself. The main advantage: you can work without needing an employer to sponsor you. You can have multiple clients. You can travel freely across Europe (Schengen Area). After 3 years, you can apply for permanent residence.

- Must have no serious criminal record or prior deportations

- Must provide genuine business proof with client contracts
