About this Visa
This visa allows you to live in Iceland for up to six months while working remotely. You must work for a foreign employer or run your own business outside Iceland. It is designed for high-income earners who want a temporary stay in Europe. You cannot work for an Icelandic company or stay permanently. This visa does not lead to citizenship or a residence permit. Once it expires, you must leave the Schengen area and wait one year before applying again.

- Must not have held this visa in the past 12 months
- Must be from a country that does not need a tourist visa for Iceland
