About this Visa
This visa lets you live and work as a volunteer in Iceland. You help a charity organization for free. The charity must be a real non-profit that helps people or nature. Either the organization pays your living costs, or you pay yourself with savings. You won't get paid for the work, but you can live in Iceland while volunteering. Anyone from non-European countries can apply.

- At least 18 years old
- Have confirmed job offer from official charity
- Can afford $1,975+ per month living costs
- Have valid health insurance
- No serious criminal history
- Not imprisoned 3+ months outside Iceland in past 5 years
- No criminal conviction in Iceland
- Not banned from Schengen countries
Financial Requirement
Must show $1,975+ per month income or savings. Organization can provide support. Health insurance required ($15,900 minimum coverage for 6 months).
