About this Visa

This visa lets you work as an employee for an Italian company. It's for people from outside Europe who have a job offer in Italy. You work for one employer who sponsors your application. The visa is still active, but applications from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and some other countries are currently delayed due to document verification. If you have a job offer, this visa works well. The challenge: your employer applies first (2-4 months), then you apply at the consulate (1-3 months). Most complete applications get approved (89%). If you're from Bangladesh or Pakistan, expect 6-12+ months instead of 4-8 months.
