About this Visa
This visa lets you start or manage a business in Lithuania. You own or manage a Lithuanian company and get permission to live there for up to one year. You're not an employee—you're the business owner or manager. It's designed for entrepreneurs and business owners from outside Europe who want to operate a business in Lithuania and access the European market.

- Must have €14,000 of your own money to invest
- Must have a realistic business plan
- No previous visa violations
- Money must come from legitimate sources (job, business, inheritance)
- Must have private health insurance (€30,000 minimum)
- No formal education or language requirements
- No specific work experience required
Financial Requirement
You must have €14,000 ($16,482 USD) minimum of your own money to invest in the company. The company itself needs €28,000 ($32,964 USD) total in capital. You also need to show you can support yourself with €1,038 per month ($1,221.72 USD).
