This program is for people who want to live there by buying a home or starting a small business. It gives you a temporary permit to live in the country year-round. Important Update (Nov 2025): New laws now require you to buy property worth at least €200,000 (approx. $210,000) to get residency. If you cannot afford this, you must start a company instead.
