About this Visa
This is a combined permit that allows you to live and work in Malta. It is designed for people from outside the EU who have a specific job offer from a Maltese company. You cannot apply for this yourself; your employer must help you. It allows you to work for that one specific employer only. If you want to change jobs, you must apply for a new permit and pay a new fee. It is the most common way for non-Europeans to move to Malta for work.
