About this Visa

This visa lets you live in Mexico for up to 4 years if you invest money in a Mexican business or buy property. You can work anywhere in Mexico, own a business, and bring your family. Open to people from any country who meet investment requirements. You can legally work without restrictions, own and run a business, bring your spouse and children, get a national ID number (CURP), open bank accounts, buy property, and enter/exit Mexico freely. After 4 years you can apply for permanent residency, and after 5 years total you can become a Mexican citizen while keeping your original nationality. This visa is currently available and accepting applications. No plans to discontinue it.
