About this Visa
This is a permit that lets you study in Namibia. You can use it for primary school, high school, university, or training programs. Once approved, you can legally live and study in the country for the length of your program. The permit is designed for international students only. You need an acceptance letter from a Namibian school to apply. The government does not restrict which countries can apply—students from anywhere in the world are welcome. You can study legally in Namibia with your spouse accompanying you and working, and your children attending school. Renew automatically each year if you maintain academic progress.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be accepted to a Namibian school
- Must have valid passport
- Need medical exam with no serious health issues
- No criminal record
- Must prove sufficient financial means
- Must not have been deported from Namibia before
- If 18 or older: need police record from home country
Financial Requirement
Show you have enough money to cover tuition, housing, food, and living costs for your entire program. No fixed minimum amount. A sponsor can provide bank statements.
