Eligibility Criteria

  • Age 55 or younger
  • 3+ years business experience with 5+ employees or $1M+ annual earnings
  • English IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
  • Good health - pass medical examination
  • No criminal record with serious convictions
  • Financial credibility - prove money earned legally
  • No bankruptcy in last 5 years
  • Fit and proper person - no fraud, money laundering, or illegal business involvement

Financial Requirement

NZD $1 million minimum investment (or $2 million for faster processing) plus NZD $500,000 additional reserves. Total capital needed: NZD $1.5-2.5 million. Must prove funds legally earned or inherited.
