About this Visa
This visa lets athletes and sports coaches from outside Europe live and work in Norway. You get to play or coach at a top-level Norwegian sports club while living there permanently. This visa is for people who are serious about sports—not amateurs or casual players. Unlike other work visas, you don't need a degree or special training. The Norwegian sports federation just needs to confirm you play or coach at a high level. After 3 years of holding this permit, you can apply for permanent residence and eventually Norwegian citizenship.
