About this Visa
This visa lets you start and run your own business in Norway. You must be the only owner and actively work in your business. It is not for employees—only for self-employed people. People from outside Europe who have job training or a university degree can apply. You need to prove your business will make enough money to support you. You can work in your own business in Norway, live in Norway legally, bring your spouse and children with you, and travel around Europe freely.

- Must be 18 years old or older
- Have 3+ years of job training, a university degree, or 6+ years of work experience
- Have a clean background with no serious crimes
- Your job training/degree must match what your business does
- Ready to work in your own business (not hire someone else to run it)
- Be the sole owner (no business partners)
Financial Requirement
Your business must make $32,217 per year before taxes. You must have $30,695 in savings as backup money. The business income should cover most of your living costs.
