About this Visa

This visa lets foreign workers move to Poland when their company transfers them. Your employer sends you from another country to work at their Polish office or with a partner company. It's for managers, specialists, and trainees in large companies. You can work legally in Poland for your company. You can travel across Europe freely. Your spouse and children can come with you. This visa is currently available (December 2025).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have job offer from foreign company
  • Must have worked for company minimum 1 year (6 months if trainee)
  • No serious criminal record
  • Must meet salary minimum for city of work
  • Must prove accommodation in Poland
  • Must have health insurance
  • Company must prove it exists, does real business, and owns or controls Polish office

Financial Requirement

Minimum $180 per month living costs. Salary minimums vary by city: Warsaw $1,655/month, Kraków $1,420/month, Wrocław $1,455/month, other cities $1,340/month.
