About this Visa
This visa lets you move to Poland to run your own business or work as a freelancer. You don't need an employer—you work for yourself. It's for people serious about starting a profitable business in Poland long-term, not just visiting. The visa is active and available now. You can stay for up to one year at a time. After that, you can apply for longer-term permission to live and work in Poland. This visa is different from regular work visas because you don't need a company to hire you. You are the boss.
