About this Visa

This visa lets you stay in Poland for more than 3 months to participate in cultural events, volunteer work, or educational exchanges. You don't need to leave after 90 days like tourists do. You can work during your stay—but only for your approved program, not other jobs. This visa is for people from outside the EU invited by Polish cultural groups, volunteer organizations, or educational institutions. What makes it special: Unlike tourist visas, you can stay long-term and work without a separate work permit (as long as it's for your approved program). CITIZENSHIP: Open to all nationalities. No country bans. Some countries require visa application before arrival (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, China, Vietnam); others are visa-free (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Japan, EU countries). Needing a visa for entry does NOT affect eligibility for this program.
