About this Visa

This visa lets foreign workers live and work in Poland for more than 3 months. You need a job offer from a Polish employer to get it. Without this visa, you cannot legally work in Poland. The visa is designed for people from non-EU countries who want to work in Poland. You get the right to work legally, live in Poland, and access public healthcare. After the visa expires, you can get a residence permit to stay longer. You cannot work in other European countries while on this visa. You can only work for your Polish employer.

Eligibility & Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must have real job offer from Polish employer
  • No criminal record or serious crime convictions
  • Never used false information on visas
  • Job must pay at least Polish minimum wage (approximately $1,260/month)
  • Work hours must be at least 10 hours per week (25% full-time)
  • Valid passport with 10+ years validity
  • €30,000 minimum health insurance coverage
  • Must show financial proof of ability to live in Poland

Financial Requirement

Must show you have enough money to live: at least 75 Polish Zloty per day (about $19 USD/day) OR €30,000 health insurance coverage. Recent bank statements or employment letter proving you have money.
