About this Visa
This permit lets you live permanently in Poland if you're not from the EU. You must have lived there legally for 5 years first. Once approved, you can stay as long as you want. You can work, study, and bring your family without needing special permission. This is different from temporary residence permits. You get permanent status that never expires (though you replace your ID card every 5 years).

Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- 5 years continuous legal residence in Poland (must not leave for more than 6 months at a time)
- Monthly income of at least 1,010 PLN ($290 USD) for 1 person (823 PLN per family member)
- Valid health insurance
- Legal address in Poland (rental agreement, property deed, or authorized stay)
- Polish language B1 level or diploma from Polish school/university
- No criminal convictions
- Legally registered in Poland at time of application
Financial Requirement
Single person: $290 USD monthly (1,010 PLN minimum net income). Per family member: $236 USD monthly (823 PLN). Must prove stable income for past 3 years with tax returns.
