About this Visa

This visa lets you live and run a business in Poland for up to 3 years. You must own or partly own a Polish company (not just work for one). The visa is for business owners, partners, and company founders—not employees. Right now (December 2025), Poland is accepting new applications. You can work in any job you want—the visa doesn't restrict your employment. You can also bring your spouse and children to live with you. The main catch: you need to prove your business makes enough money or employs enough people.

Key Benefits

  • Work anywhere in Poland without restrictions
  • Bring spouse and children
  • Travel freely across Europe (90 days at a time)
